With my background in purchasing, commercial, operations, marketing and finance functions at main board-level, in high-turnover (£30-£150M+) businesses, I've consistently delivered multi-million-dollar profit improvements.
Now, I work directly with founders, directors, and leadership teams to strengthen margins, optimise cost structures, and build commercially driven growth.
